This area is popular among tourists, especially the Rangitoto Road, known as the 'Golden Circle.' Various homes in this region are hitting the auction block, including one property associated with a renowned caravan group, which was auctioned for $1.275 million.
Another property on Rangitoto Road, constructed with brick and tile, secured a winning bid of $875,000, and last week, a nearby property was acquired by a developer through a Hikurangi auction.
Real estate developers continue their steady investment in Papatoetoe, showing particular interest in areas like Papatoetoe, followed by Manurewa and Papakura. A square-shaped plot with dimensions of 700m² horizontally and vertically is considered the most preferred condition for land.
A residence on Saint George Street is gearing up for an imminent auction. Comprising 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this house is set to start bidding at a reserve price of $1, already drawing significant interest.
