  Efforts will be intensified to reduce the number of assault, robbery, and sexual assault victims by 20,000 by 2029.
• 5. Reduction of Job Seeker Allowance:
  The government plans to decrease the number of job seeker allowance recipients by 50,000, while promoting policies that facilitate job creation.
• 6, 7. Improvement of Student Attendance and Academic Achievement:
  Efforts will be made to increase student attendance and raise academic achievement, aiming to improve academic performance of primary and secondary school students to 90%.
• 8. Enhancement of Temporary Housing Facilities:
  Plans are underway to reduce the number of households accommodated in temporary housing by 75%.
• 9. Environmental Protection Measures:
  Finally, commitments have been made to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prioritize environmental protection.

Prime Minister Luxon acknowledged the decline in New Zealand's public services despite the efforts of frontline workers, emphasizing the government's dedication to improvement and delivering better outcomes for citizens. He particularly highlighted the reduction of job seeker allowance, explaining that it can provide a brighter future through employment education and vowed to support individuals in preparing for successful lives through social investment. • 1. 긴급 의료 서비스 개선
  먼저 긴급 의료 서비스에서는 환자의 95%가 6시간 이내에 입원, 퇴원 또는 이송 조치를 받을 수 있도록 하겠다는 목표를 세웠다.
• 2. 선택적 진료 대기 시간 단축
  두 번째로 선택적 진료에서는 대기 시간을 4개월 이내로 제한하여 환자의 95%가 빠르게 치료를 받을 수 있도록 할 것이다.
• 3. 청소년 범죄 예방
  아동 청소년 범죄에 대해서는 범죄를 저지르는 수를 15% 감축하는 것을 목표로 세웠다.
• 4. 폭력 범죄 대응 강화
  또한 폭력 범죄에 대한 대응을 강화하여 2029년까지 폭행, 강도, 성폭행 범죄 피해자 수를 20,000명 줄일 계획이다.
• 5. 구직자 수당 감축
  구직자 수당 수급자를 5만 명 줄이고, 대신 일자리 창출을 촉진하는 정책을 펼칠 예정이다.
• 6 ,7. 학생 출석률과 학업 성취도 향상
  학생 출석률을 높이고 학업 성취도를 끌어올려, 초중고교 학생의 학업 성취도를 90%로 향상시킬 것이다.
• 8. 임시 주거 시설 개선
  또한 임시 주거 시설에 대한 개선을 통해 수용된 가정을 75% 감축할 계획이다.
• 9. 환경 보호 대책
  마지막으로 온실가스 배출량을 줄여 환경 보호에 힘쓸 것으로 밝혔다.
