To establish fault in court, sufficient evidence is required, and an accurate description of the accident scene must be provided in the chaotic collision site.

The police also emphasized that closing the road is the first step to ensure on-site safety. Road closures guarantee the safety of individuals at the scene, allowing the police to secure space for their operations. Additionally, before clearing the scene, it is essential to check the road for lubricants, oil, and residues to prevent additional collisions.

Traffic control authorities are making every effort to reopen the roads as quickly as possible and expressed understanding for the reasons behind any delays. However, they acknowledged the challenging circumstances of achieving faster road openings compared to the people present at the accident scene.
